GINGER HILTON

Ginger Hilton is a seasoned nonprofit leader, strategist, and founder dedicated to driving meaningful change through sustainable growth and impactful community initiatives. She previously founded the Portage-Summit Diaper Bank, a vital resource that provided nearly 400,000 diapers to families in need over three and a half years. Her work inspired the creation of the Heart of Ohio Diaper Bank, expanding the reach of diaper assistance to Stark County.

With a deep commitment to advocacy and service, Ginger has successfully led fundraising and outreach initiatives for nonprofit organizations. While working with a nonprofit adoption agency, she secured over $18,000 in grants, launched the Families Come in All Styles initiative to create more inclusive adoption pathways for LGBTQ+ families, and managed the organization's most successful fundraiser to that date.

Ginger’s passion for service is rooted in her own experiences overcoming adversity. From an early age, she gravitated toward helping others, a calling that eventually led her to a decade-long career in healthcare, where she guided individuals through the complexities of insurance and access to care.

As the founder of Nautilus Strategy & Management, Ginger empowers nonprofit and community organizations to maximize their impact through sustainable growth strategies, effective fundraising, and donor stewardship. She is driven by the belief that with the right strategy and resources, organizations can create lasting, positive change in the communities they serve.
